The vibrant harp ensemble, s.harp.s, performed at Sagewood Retirement Community on July 9, 2019. Ensemble members were Espen and Maya Lai, Jocelyn Obermeyer, Abigail Hu and Stephen Hartman. Residents enjoyed music of George Gershwin, Frede Grofe, G.F. Handel, Carlos Salzedo and Richard Rogers. This same program was also performed at St. Joseph's Hospital in mid-town Phoenix.
Hailed by the New York Times, as "a major artist", Nancy Allen joined the New York Philharmonic in June of 1999 as Principal Harpist. She maintains a busy international concert schedule as well as heading the harp departments of The Julliard School and
